Discover Properties Corporation was established as an Indiana Corporation in December of 2006 and as Real Estate Brokerage in June of 2008.

The founder of the corporation is Tim Bradley. Tim was born and raised in Indiana. Tim has a strong business background with 15 years of sales experience. Twelve years of his experience was as an executive recruiter. His main focus for the first six years was to provide engineers for the manufacturing industry. The last six years consisted of recruiting high level executives for Fortune 100 and 500 companies along with a main focus on high level management for the commercial construction industry.
